The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County is very excited to have been awarded a $5,000 Club Tech Impact Grant from Comcast and Microsoft. Club Tech Impact Grants are provided to help Boys & Girls Clubs take technology programming to the next level, by helping expand current tech center programs with new activities and programs aimed to enhance technology skills among youth. The grant will be used to implement the Robo Tech (Robotics) Program at the Boys & Girls Club – Armstrong Youth Center in East Bakersfield.
